6 Foods to Avoid When Trying to Lose Weight

Maybe you've heard, maybe not, but the truth is that these foods that I strung below, are among the most detrimental to silhouette and health!
#1: Fried Foods - MAIN CURSE!

ANYTHING fried contains carcinogens! In other words, it is required to do everything possible to stop eating fried products! Give up cooking using sunflower oil or palm. They are rich in saturated fat and trans fat! Ideally, you should only use roasting grill for fries, but if you only have the pan, the best option would be corn oil or extra-virgin olive oil!

#2: Avoid Red Meat!

Want to lose weight? Stay away from red meat, beef, pork, goose, venison, duck or lamb. Instead, you can appeal to a menu based on cub or fish. Both will give you the required amount of protein and you will not feel hungry for a longer time!

#3: White Bread

To which I would add any other bakery product of commerce. They are full of preservatives that attack your metabolic system.

#4: Avoid Sugary Cereals

Most recommended cereals are those that contain at least 4 times more carbohydrates than sugar. Carefully check the data on the label to not jeopardize your weight loss plan!

#5: Juices with Artificial Sweeteners!

Fructose could mean a certain amount of sugar, not recommended for diet! Use your juicer to make a really healthy fruit juice. But watch out, whether you drink fruit juice or eat fruits, do not exceed the measure, otherwise your silhouette will suffer!

#6: Consumption of Butter

Has some of the worst effects on health. Unfortunately, nor margarine is a good choice, because could be very harmful for your heart and diet! Canola oil, grape seed oil and flaxseed oil are good substitutes for butter and margarine!
