If you want to lose excess weight, but you are an incurable foodie, certainly you want to know what tasty and nourishing food could help you achieve your goal.
The famous Dr. Oz explains below these things:
1. Chickpea
Some mozzarella, a slice of ham without fat, add two olives. Would be recommendable also about 5 slices of grilled zucchini and 1/4 cup of cooked chickpea beans.
2. Pizza
I think you rub your hands of joy in front of this word, isn't it? Prepare a small pita (or roll) made of whole wheat, add over it a piece of mozzarella, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, a cup of fresh spinach leaves and some sliced of red onion. You can eat now, appeal to a device for sandwiches or use the oven and wait a few minutes until the cheese melts.
3. Chips and hot sauce
Chips are not necessarily the healthiest foods, but if done at home and not taken from the store, then you can say the risk of disease has decreased dramatically. Cut as many slices of potatoes you want, put them in the oven to toast. The sauce you can make it with half a cup of Greek yogurt, add the grinded garlic, 1 teaspoon of ground raw nuts, black pepper and hot sauce (or cayenne pepper).
4. Apple and ricotta cheese
I think you'll not be disturbed by eating four sandwiches with slices of apple over which to add the ricotta cheese, chopped raw almonds and lemon juice.
Apples are rich in fiber and water, which will keep you away from hunger, lemon juice improves metabolism and blood sugar absorption.
5. Crispy onion
Pieces of onion mixed with beaten egg and bread crumbs of whole wheat, add more spices that you adore, let them in the oven until crisp, the result will be an insanely appetizing one.
Bon appetite!
