Best yogurt is the one containing Lactobacillus bulcaricus, Streptococcus thermophillus, L Casei Imunitass, Lactobacillus acidophilus or Bifidobacteria. Good yogurt must not contain milk powder, dyes, flavors, fruits, thickeners or sugars and it's not valid for more than 10 days!
