Perhaps you are among those who for various reasons not managed to allocate the necessary hours of sleep. Maybe you work very long and  during each day you commit the mistake to enjoy some fatty foods or sweets that, due to huge number of calories it contains, causes weight gain, and eventually you may end up with some cardiovascular diseases. Below I will share to you  ...

The Solutions for a Pleasant Sleep:

1. A dinner consisting of light foods

Carbohydrates and dairy have the gift of making you fall asleep faster.

Enjoy nightly a cup of milk and oatmeal. Dairy foods contain tryptophan, which regulates sleep.

2. Cherries

Are extremely tasty and very healthy, containing many vitamins, and a substance called melatonin, which causes sleepiness! Eating many cherries, you will have a very nice sleep.

3. Avoid spicy foods

No matter how tempted you are to eat something very spicy, try to avoid this, the more spicy will be the menu, the harder it will be to digest it, it's advisable to eat something very light.

4. Avoid drinking alcohol

If you enjoy more than a glass of wine or beer, you'll feel restless, and you risk waking up in the morning with an unbearable headache!

5. No fatty foods

Delicacies such as French fries with mayonnaise will make very difficult the task of falling asleep . Eat a generous portion of tuna, salmon, or sardines because they contain omega-3 fatty acids, essential for health but also for a more restful night!

Do not forget to make at least 30 minutes of physical exercise daily and avoid excessive consumption of coffee. In the long term, it can seriously affect your health.
