According to a research made by the University of Letters in England, it seems that black chocolate has the ability to improve eyesight better than many vegetables with similar properties, such as carrots. Black chocolate contains some antioxidants called flavonoids, they offer better blood circulation to the brain cavity, which leverages the processing power of the brain, in terms of visual information and intellectual level. In the study, resulted that consumption of high doses of black chocolate help a 17% clearer view than with white chocolate. This is possible because after drinking, blood flow to the head, including to the retina is enhanced.
