These ideas proposed by Dr. Oz are only efficacious if you combine them with exercise.

1. Never Forget These Foods

Chicken, turkey, eggs, beef and pork are rich in protein, essential for your body.

Sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, broccoli, spinach, asparagus, lettuce, green onions, parsley are high in complex carbohydrates.

Apples and berries are full of simple carbohydrates.

Nuts, raw seeds, butter made of nuts like cashew, almonds, peanuts, are rich in fats important for your body.

2. Every Day, a Smoothie for Bloating

A smoothie is rich in fiber effective in hindering the occurrence of constipation. Also, the tasty drink is high in digestive enzymes that favors removal of foods leading to bloating.

To make a smoothie you must have:

3/4 cup papaya, 3/4 cup fresh pineapple, pear half, 1 teaspoon of fresh ginger or dry powder, 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed, 2 mint leaves, a cup of water and 2-3 ice cubes. Put all in blender and mix until you get a creamy drink.

3. Before Breakfast, a Little Warm Water with Lemon Juice

According to Dr. Oz, would be better if you drink a glass of warm water with lemon juice after waking.

4. For Breakfast, Choose Any of These Foods

Protein and healthy fats you'll find in: oatmeal mush with eight raw nuts, berries, cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.

Or you can appeal if you want to omlette of 4 egg whites with spinach, mushrooms, onion and some turkey meat cubes.

5. For Morning Snacks

Slices swelled cereals on which to add a tablespoon of peanut butter. If you want, you can also enjoy some berries, or fresh vegetable juice.

6. Lunch Food

Grilled chicken chest, accompanied by a raw salad. Add a sweet potato baked in the oven.

Or if you want you can eat a sandwich with turkey meat patty, a quinoa salad with a simple sauce that can be  with olive oil and lemon juice.

7. Options For the Afternoon

1 apple, with 8 almonds. You can opt for 1 tablespoon almond butter over chunks of apple. You can also choose a hummus with raw vegetables.

8. Options for Dinner

You can choose turkey meatballs and steamed vegetables or you can appeal at fish fillets with baked potatoes.
