The Shocking Truth about Fast Food

Do you like fast food as much as I do? Then you’ll certainly not be happy to read these words.

Maybe you like a Double Whopper, some Large Fries a Large Chocolate Shake from Burger King. Yes, they all have a spectacular taste. But you forget one thing.

According to mirror.co.uk, tese foods pack just about 1900 calories, 83 g of fat, 33 g of saturates, 115 sugar, and 5.5 g salt.

And what does that mean?

That means you just put in you almost all the required amount of calories and salt that your body needs everyday.

You also consumed a fifth more fat, a quarter more sugar and two thirds more saturates that your belly needs daily.

What do you think? Is there any information you think I forgot? Please share your thoughts in the comments below.

Can We Really Trust McDonald's? 5 Things You Should Know

Be honest. Are you hungry? Me too.

I know a McDonald’s restaurant. Just two blocks away. Would you like to come with me? Yes? That’s GREAT.

But first let me tell you a few things about the healthier options that we’ll have when we get there.

For breakfast

  • Fruit & Maple Oatmeal. It packs just 290 calories.  Apple slices. I love apple. That will add another 15 calories.  Coffee without cream or sugar, it’s gonna offer you 0 calories. I don't know about you, but that’s music to my ears. Low fat milk. Well that’s gonna add another 100 calories.  We have a total of just 410 calories.
  • And here’s the second meal option for breakfast. Fruit and yogurt parfait (150 calories), along with (medium or nonfat milk) Iced Latte, which adds another 60 calories to your belly.  We must not forget about Hash Browns, which contain about 150 calories. Our total is gonna in this case, 360 calories.

For lunch or dinner

  • Lets start with milk (100 calories). This only offers 1 gram of low fat. Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad with a little bit of lemon. This has 190 calories. Fruits and walnuts are going to give you 210 calories. And we have 500 calories.
  • Our second option starts with Premium Grilled Chicken Sandwich, 350 calories. Side salad with no dressing has ONLY 20 calories.  And of course, a glass of water (0 calories). That means a total of 370 calories.
  • Let’s see what we have for the third option. Do you like Grilled Chicken Ranch Snack Wrap? Of course you love it (just 270 calories). Let’s not forget about small fries, 230 calories. We have total of 500 calories.
So, can we really trust McDonald's? In my humble opinion, yes. Kind of.

What do you think? What do you do to make sure you eat healthier everytime you go to a McDonald’s restaurant? Have you tried any of these suggestions? Leave your comments and questions and the box below.

McDonald's Nutrition: Do you love McDonald's food? Read this!

McDonald's nutrition

I remember when I was a kid, and my parents used to take me once in a while to the McDonald's restaurant for a delicious meal. Their burgers simply taste so damn great. What I didn't know back then, it was the huge amount of tasty crap they put in that food.

1. Do you know what the average McDonald's meal contains?

According to Beth Buczyinki, a freelance writer, the average meal has enough sodium, unhealthy fat, sugar and empty carbs, that even if you eat just twice a week at the famous restaurant, can be deadly. Because these foods can cause diseases like heart problems, type 2 diabetes. You can also weight gain fabulously fast.

2. What's with all this secrecy?

From some reason or another, the leaders of this company didn't wanted to establish the effect this has for the children's organism. Yeah, it may be alimental, but... come on people. We want more than that.
