According to mirror.co.uk, tese foods pack just about 1900 calories, 83 g of fat, 33 g of saturates, 115 sugar, and 5.5 g salt.

And what does that mean?

That means you just put in you almost all the required amount of calories and salt that your body needs everyday.

You also consumed a fifth more fat, a quarter more sugar and two thirds more saturates that your belly needs daily.

What do you think? Is there any information you think I forgot? Please share your thoughts in the comments below.

3. You eat anything but lean meats or veggie sub.
4. Always like to choose mozzarella or Swiss cheese? Cheddar cheese is MUCH healthier.
5. You love mayonnaise? Me too. But doctors say this delicious ingredient has to be replaced by mustard or low-fat dressing.
