A series of scientists have managed to create a very useful guide for those who want to lose weight in an effective way.
This is available for everyone, but especially for menopausal women, they're having a worse metabolic sistem and from a hormonal point of view, they are more prone to weight gain.

#1: Not Having a Diary
The team, led by Anne McTiernan, professor at Fred Hutchinson Center for cancer research, conducted this study on a sample of 123 obese women. Women were told to write down precisely the foods thay eat every day: quantity, calorie content on the label of each menu, exact recipe.
Finally ladies who noted the foods and the amount consumed had an average of 3 kg less than those that haven't mentioned in the diary these items
#2: Missing Main Meals
The study makers say there isn't a clear explanation about missing main meals lead to weight gain, but it seems that in this way the body tends to absorb more calories than normally.
In conclusion, ladies who had the habit of eating regularly, have lost an average of 4 kg.
#3: You Are a Loyal Customer of Restaurants
The same U.S. researchers claim that a major mistake is that of eating at the restaurant.
Why?
Dr. Anne McTiernan says that we can never know the exact recipe menus.
Ultimately, ladies who abstained of eating at a restaurant had 2.5 kg less.
