It's summer and we all know that thirst strikes more, and more often in this days of fire. It is very important to us to get hydrated in an efficient manner. There are a few aliments recommended by nutritionists in such situations that I list below!
#1: Rooibos Tea
It is very rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Caffeine is entirely missing. It's a good way to get cool and hydrated. It's ironic, but the truth is that consuming it in hot state, body temperature will drop more than if you drink in cold condition.
