Do you like getting in shape every day? If so I want to share 7 ways, ok ... to be more specific, 7 DELICIOUS FOODS you must savor before you start training!

Here are the options:

1. The INSANELY tasty bananas! Are full of potassium which improves blood pressure and reduces the risk of atherosclerosis!

Eat at least one banana before going to the gym.

2. The appetizing berries! Eliminates muscle pain caused by demanding exercise.

3. Don't be afraid to try a serving of broccoli. A cup of broccoli hides 74 mg of calcium and 123 mg of vitamin C. It will help you get the desired perdormances.

4. If you like yogurt... VERY GOOD! A tablespoon of yogurt has a third of your daily needed calcium and a significant amount of protein. All these represent the optimal formula for an unforgettable day at the gym.

5. Also pretzels can be an efficient source of energy if it has been a long time since you ate. Contains between 100 and 300 calories.

6. You Simply adore lean beef? Besides protein, this food is rich in iron, without which you'll feel very tired.

If you are vegetarian, eating beans, peas, lettuce and cereal can be a good source of iron.

7. Salmon ... I know you're crazy about it, but specialists say it's only recommended when boiled, NOT fried. It's full of protein and omega 3 healthy fats, essential for a healthy heart and an enviable immune system. Also, salmon is a good protection against inflammation.
