Are you curious to know what is the secret of enviable silhouette?


We all want to have a pleasant silhouette, but this requires a little effort from each of us. So I'll give you some ideas that at least in my case proved to be useful!

For the beginning, if you're very foodie, I think you better insist more on fruits and vegetables, which if fresh and frozen, are better than conserved or dehydrated. Also, fruits and vegetables are richer in fibers than juices made from them.

Drink plenty of water, unsweetened tea or natural juices. You can strongly contribute to detoxification of the body by eating only fruits and vegetables at least two days a week!

Good news is that you should not eliminate meat from your diet, whether it's white fish, chicken or beef. Meat contains iron, which is essential to be powerful.

Do not forget to do as much exercise as possible, go at least 3 times at the gym! Remember, if you really want something, you can get it, but do not give up.

If you managed to eliminate excess weight, fight with yourself to not give in to temptation to do things that have brought you in the unpleasant situation that you managed to escape of!
