Desserts are those snacks that you shouldn't forget of before any meal. If you wonder why these desserts are healthy then the answer is this: they are made mostly of fruit, saccharin, honey, sugar substitutes. Doughs are made at home, as those of trade are high in sugar and harmful substances. Also, some are based on natural yogurt, fat, with fruit.

1. Fruit Salad

Tasty fruit salad is one of the desserts that you can choose. Cut in small pieces these fruits, a kiwi, an orange, a tangerine, place them in a bowl and add above cores of seeds, peanuts, but you can appeal also at nuts. Don't like this salad? Try this one. You only need four oranges, one vanilla, one tablespoon cinnamon, one tablespoon of honey or saccharin and 400 grams of fat natural yoghurt.

Preparation:

You cleaned oranges? Now it's time to cut them into small pieces on a plate, add vanilla, honey and cinnamon! After mixing the ingredients, leave everything in the refrigerator several hours. Now keep the dessert for 30 minutes at room temperature, after which you can eat it, advisable with natural yoghurt.

2. Tarts and Light Cakes 

I think you adore cakes and pies with fruit, fruit compote, pumpkin. Choose vanilla flavor of rum, cinnamon or mint. Use whole grains in case of sheets. Pies are quite easy to make: once apples are drawn on grater, put desired quantity in each pie sheet. Now sheets to be rolled and placed in the oven. When you finish the pie preparation, add cinnamon powder over it or vanilla sugar.

3. Yogurts with Fruits

They are some very healthy desserts, especially if they are natural and very low in fat. Need a good source of protein, vitamin E and antioxidants? Ingredients needed: a cup of yogurt, a tablespoon of vanilla, a handful of grapes (but you can appeal also to raisins), a handful of almonds.

Recipe:

Combine yogurt with vanilla and honey, now follows grapes. Dessert in the refrigerator and put it out after about one hour. Then add some almond over it and start to enjoy it.

4. Dark Chocolate

It has a very low content of milk, vegetable fat and sugar. Enjoy 2-3 squares after every meal.
