Here's a Quick Way to Lose Weight Effortless (You'll Never Guess Until You Read)

PLEASE SHARE THIS ARTICLE

Have you ever thought what could be the most enjoyable way to lose weight? According to journalist Flic Everett from Daily Mail, this way is called... Twitter (yes, you read it right)!

Although recently claimed that she's dieting, one day, the greedy journalist attended a party with friends, and in front of many goodies as various Greek dishes, baklava and ice cream, she completely forgot about her plan to get rid of excess weight and had the idea of posting on Twitter under the tag #tweetwhatyoueat absolutely everything that enjoyed the feast!

Her words had a strong impact on the followers, which in a few hours have left dozens of comments about that party!

Everett says that after these comments she believes Twitter can turn into a huge collective conscience that makes you ashamed that you are a foodie!

The journalist also said that after that, several months she was very sober, eating only black bread and hummus, low-fat foods.

She said that in order not to embarrass when sharing on Twitter what she eated, Everett quit eating foods like chocolate bar or cheese.

Finally, after a diet that lasted a week under the tag #tweetwhatyoueat, lost 1.2 kilos!

What about the experience of Flic? Will you use Twitter more often after reading this article?
