Ha, ha, ha. I bet you never thought this super-drink could ever harm you. But the people from health.com say this can also be very dangerous, because if not consumed moderately, can make you gain weight. A 5-ounce serving packs about 130 calories. Try to stick to just one serving.

2. Nuts


They contain serious amounts of omega-3 fatty acids that are great for your heart. They also pack lots of proteins, fibers and vitamin E. A serving of almonds has about 132 calories. Avoid eating from the container, try to measure out a serving.

3. Red meat


As delicious as might be, this food is loaded with cholesterol, and most nutritionists will always recommend you to stay away of this aliment.

4. Real nut butters


So, you like peanut butter as much as I do? Great. Because although this food can help you GAIN weight, you can eat it. But, always read the label of the brand you buy, and pick the peanut butter that's as low as possible in sugar.
