If you want a healthy heart for a long time please follow these simple rules:
1. Frequently drink orange juice, rich in inflammatory substances effective against fat deposits in the arteries.
2. Nuts and avocados are full of healthy fats that protects you from harmful fats.
3. Flaxseed may be another option for improving cholesterol. It shouldn't from soups, salads etc.
Sure, it would be good to add lot of exercise, at least 15 minutes of jogging every day.
