It's New Year's Eve and on the meal have gathered lots of traditional goodies, which you cannot resist?

I want to share with you 5 simple rules, you follow them so you do not wake up with unpleasant consequences such as indigestion.

1. Are you crazy about mayonnaise and meat foods with lots of fat?

Stay away from them, otherwise you could end up with serious digestion problems. You can not refrain? Eat, BUT JUST A LITTLE!!

2. Do you like to drink a little bit of everything? Avoid consumption of different types of alcoholic beverages, stick to one type of drink, try not to exceed the measure to stay away from indigestion.

3. DON'T be greedy, looks damn tasty, but stick to small servings, but something more frequent.

4. So you ate well and now feel like some coffee wouldn't hurt? Or maybe some soft drinks? It would be better to try a herbal tea. If you don't have, drink a glass of water.

5. You're tempted to eat some fried, fatty and very spicy foods? AVOID THEM!!! Or consume them moderately and not combined with other foods.
